Financial Aid
More than 1,100 students at the college receive some sort of financial assistance totaling over fifteen million dollars.The Office of Student Financial Assistance at Massachusetts College of Art and Design is committed to helping students and their families get the resources needed to fund each student's education, ensuring that access to a chosen field is not limited by the cost of attendance.

General Financial Aid Eligibility Requirements
- We encourage any undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree or certificate program taking at least six credits per semester to apply for financial aid consideration.
- A student must be in good academic standing, must be making satisfactory academic progress, and may not have defaulted on previous education loans to continue receiving financial aid.
International students are not eligible for financial aid, however they may apply for a private student loan with a U.S. co-signer.
Continuing Education students who are not enrolled in a certificate program are not eligible for financial aid through the Office of Student Financial Assistance. For information about other financial resources, please see Continuing Education's financial resources page.
