Conference and Workshop Registration

To register for the conference and to request housing at MassArt, please complete the registration form and mail it with the required fees to: WBC 2005, P.O. Box 485, Placitas, NM, 87043, USA. We cannot accept registrations without full payment. Early registration is strongly encouraged since most workshops will fill quickly. Registrations will be processed in the order we receive them. Payment must be in US funds only by check, MasterCard, or VISA.

Early deadline: February 1, 2005, postmarked.
After February 1, the registration fee will increase $40. The final deadline for conference registration is May 20, 2005. One-day conference admission is not available.

Early Registration ......$300 before February 1, 2005
Regular Registration......$340 after February 1, 2005
Full-Time Student Registration......$175 before February 1; $225 after Feb. 1
Student Registration must be accompanied by a copy of a valid, full-time, student ID

The conference registration fee includes a conference packet, conference tote bag, admission to general sessions and concurrent sessions, admission to all exhibitions and conference events in Lowell on Sunday including the American Textile History Museum and the New England Quilt Museum, and the Merchants' Mart, Trunkshow, as well as breakfast on the three conference days. Please indicate your optional selections when you register. For detailed descriptions of the special events and optional selections see the Schedule of Events.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Registration for pre-conference and post-conference workshops is $250 and is open to conference participants only. Space is limited and on a 'first come' basis. Please indicate three choices, in order of preference, in both the pre- and post-conference sessions. You will be assigned to the first available workshop. You will be placed on the waiting list of your first choice if space is not available when you register. If we are not able to place you in a workshop, we will refund your fee. The WBC may cancel any workshops that do not have sufficient registration by April 1, 2005. Workshop fees all include basic supplies; however, you will receive a list of additional materials your instructor would like you to bring by April 15, 2005.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
If you cannot attend, we encourage you to send a qualified substitute. A refund of registration fees, minus a $25 administration fee, will be available if we receive your written request by April 15, 2005. After that date, no refunds will be made. All changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to a $25 administration fee. WBC reserves the right to cancel the event and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. WBC, MassArt, and the organizers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including airline cancellation charges, and hotel deposits.
