The Division of Student Development is committed to the success and balance of the whole student by empowering students to develop the confidence and skills needed to make educated decisions about their lives and to become life-long learners. We implement this philosophy through our respect and value of individuality, creativity, diversity, and integrity.

Mission Statement
As educators in support of the College mission, we seek to create a safe environment that encourages and supports the personal and professional development of current and former students. We complement the academic experience by offering services that foster individual growth and community involvement and prepare students for the future. These services provide opportunities for the integration of educational, recreational, social, and artistic development. We strive to inspire and motivate students to pursue their vision while challenging them to continually develop their potential as leaders and citizen artists.
