New England Board of Higher Education - Regional Student Program (RSP)
Students who are legal residents of any one of the other five New England states
may be eligible for reduced tuition under the New England Regional Student Program.
Students are eligible if applying for a program of study not offered in a public
college in their home state. RSP students pay 150% of in-state tuition charges.

Art Education/ Museum Education (ME, NH, RI, VT)
Communication Design (CT, ME, NH, RI, VT)
Environmental Design (CT, ME, NH, RI, VT)
Fine Arts 3D (CT, ME, NH, RI, VT)
Media & Performing Arts (CT, ME, NH, RI, VT)
