Through consortium arrangements with other colleges (College of the Fenway (COF);
ProArts; MIT), full-time
degree seeking students at MassArt have the opportunity to supplement their
curriculum through cross-registration for individual courses or exchange semesters
(Domestic and International
Exchange/Travel Programs). Offerings at other colleges
include areas such as arts, music and drama, languages, humanities, mathematics,
and sciences.
To cross register for a class at another college, obtain a Cross-Registration
Form from Mass Art’s Registrar's Office. List the name of the other college's
course and the MassArt requirement it is fulfilling. Obtain your faculty advisor's
signature and approval from the Registrar prior to the end of the Add/Drop
period. Take the cross-registration form to the host institution and comply
with that institution's deadlines and registration procedures.
Domestic Reciprocal Exchange Programs
Domestic exchanges are available through the AICAD Mobility
Program which includes 34 domestic design schools (including Canada). Undergraduate
students may apply to study for a semester during their junior year. Students
pay MassArt for the regular full-time tuition and fees applicable to their
state of residency during the semester they will travel (e.g. in-state, NEHBE,
out-of-state). Contact: Tony Laing, Diversity and Exchange Programs Advisor- tony.laing@massart.edu ;

at the participating colleges.
