Karin sets the strategic direction for and implements the College’s
major gifts program for operating, capital, and endowment goals in accordance
with the College’s Strategic Plan. She identifies new prospects
as well as cultivating and soliciting existing donors for MassArt’s
comprehensive campaign. She works with donors and families
who are interested in establishing scholarships, and also manages the college’s
planned giving program, including bequests, charitable gift annuities, and other
creative ways of giving. |

Eileen establishes and maintains strategic alliances with corporate
partners to support the financial goals of the college. She is
responsible for identifying and developing effective marketing and sponsorship
opportunities that mutually enhance MassArt and sponsor/ prospect objectives. These
efforts take place in collaboration with the Corporate Advisory Group
as well as internaland external members of the MassArt Community. |

Richard is the chief development officer and solicitor, oversees all
planning for the Advancement office, and manages overall operations in
accordance with the College’s strategic plan. He establishes
annual fundraising goals and program development. He is responsible
for maintaining the integrity of the fundraising, donor communications,
and alumni relations’ process and maintains proactive relationships
with Trustees and, as Executive Director of the MassArt Foundation, he
oversees general operations and planning of the Foundation with its officers
and committee chairs. |

Laurie is responsible for producing and directing all special events,
such as the Foundation’s Annual Benefit Art Auction, conferences
in collaboration with faculty and staff, Family Orientation, alumni events,
and a variety of others to support donor cultivation, donor relations
and stewardship. She works closely with dining services, the President’s
Office, and academic and administrative departments to ensure the success
of College events held throughout the year. |

Monica provides support to the Office of Alumni Relations, assisting in the planning,
implementing, and managing of alumni activities and supporting alumni fundraising
activities of the Advancement Office. She works closely with the Director
of Alumni Relations to produce the monthly E-connection newsletter and coordinate
the Alumni Leadership Council. Monica is also responsible for updating
and maintaining the Alumni Online Community. |

Linda helps the College achieve financial goals by seeking grant funding
from foundations, corporations, and government agencies. She works
closely with faculty and staff to develop and implement funding strategies,
coordinates grants activity within the College, writes and edits proposals,
stewards relationships with funders, manages post-award reporting, and
provides resources for grantseekers within the College. |

Jim is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing alumni
activities and for supporting alumni fundraising activities of the Advancement
Office. He oversees all Advancement communications including the
E-Connection, the Alumni On-line Community, Folio (the College’s
bulletin for alumni and friends), and the annual President’s Report.
Jim also coordinates the Alumni Leadership Council. |

As Foundation Controller, Lynn is responsible for all financial reporting,
liaison for the annual audit, and primary support for the Foundation
Treasurer and the Foundation Investment Committee. She works closely
with staff in various College departments to distribute restricted funds
from the Foundation. Lynn manages and documents all the financial
processes, prepares stewardship reports for donors, manages the payments
and reporting pertaining to the Charitable Gift Annuity program and supports
the annual budget process. |

He directs the college’s marketing strategy, endeavoring to unify its visual identity and communications; promote its successful alumni, students and faculty; and showcase its impact on a regional, national and global scale. |

Peg provides executive-level support to the Vice President for Institutional
Advancement and acts as a liaison between the Foundation and the MassArt
community. She provides coordinating support to the Foundation
Executive Committee, Campaign Cabinet, Nominating Committee, Visitors’ Circle
Committee, and full Foundation Board meetings. |
