    Graduate Programs at MassArt

#1 MFA program in the city of Boston and the state of Massachusetts, according to US News & World Report.

Founded in 1873, MassArt was the first degree-granting college of art in the nation and remains unique today as the only free-standing, publicly funded college of art in the United States. MassArt has a long heritage of excellence as well as an extremely selective admissions process. We are proud of our world-class faculty and visiting artists, our state-of-the-art facilities, and our 1,000,000 square feet of studio, classroom and exhibition space. MassArt is a supportive home to a diverse community of innovative, hard-working artists. We invite you to consider joining us and contributing to this inspiring and vibrant environment. Contact us at gradprogram@massart.edu with questions or to schedule a tour.
