Ways to Give
Gifts from alumni, parents, and friends make a concrete difference in the quality of education provided to current and future students alike.Massachusetts College of Art and Design is the nation's first and only independent public college of art and design. Government funding, however, covers just 35 percent of MassArt's annual operating budget. Maintaining the college's tradition of equal access requires the generous support of alumni, parents, and friends who believe in the importance of an art and design education. Gifts to MassArt enable the college to:
- Provide financial aid to qualified students.
- Enhance classroom and studio facilities.
- Expand library collections.
- Support faculty projects and research initiatives.
- Offer exhibitions, lectures, and other public programs.
For more information about the impact of contributions to MassArt or to make a gift, contact the Office of Philanthropy Programs at (617) 879-7022.
