Campus Center

The newly renovated campus center in the Kennedy Building will do more than energize the campus – it will energize the neighborhood.

Featuring an attractive glass atrium that will extend out from the building and down along Longwood Avenue, the new campus center will offer a warm, welcoming presence on the edge of campus. Designed to achieve an eco-friendly LEED Silver rating, the renovations will also add much needed programmatic space and pave the way for doubling on-campus student housing.

The campus center is a joint effort with the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS), which has committed $3 million to the project. MassArt and MCPHS students will share the center's expansive new dining commons and bookstore. The interior will also include dedicated space for student activities, centralized student services, and a coffee shop and art store that are open to the public.

Ongoing construction updates are available on Inside MassArt.
