Awards/prizes Recipient of the High Winds Medal of Honor, American Watercolor Society (2011); Two-time recipient of the Watercolor West Award, National Watercolor Society; Work represented in Splash; The Best of American Watercolor volumes 9, 10, 11 and 13; Gold Medal, New England Watercolor Society (2002 and 2005). Her illustration work has been recognized in "Communication Arts" illustration annuals and in "Print's Regional Design" annuals. She has received a silver medal from the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles and a Gold Medal from the Dallas Advertising Club.
