Working in video and film, photography, performance, and site-specific sculpture, Dan Graham is one of contemporary art's most inventive and significant figures. Perhaps best known for his reflective architectural pavilions, which play with viewers' perceptions, Graham is informed by a wide range of literary, anthropological, and scientific influences. A retrospective exhibition featuring 35 years of his work traveled internationally in 2001. Graham's sculpture Crazy Spheroid - Two Entranceswas installed permanently in deCordova's Sculpture Park this summer.
