    Scholarships
Generous support from the Linde Family Foundation, the Civil Society Institute, and MEOP contribute to the available financial aid for students in need of assistance. Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, please submit family financial information on the application form, along with a letter of support from either the student's art teacher or school principal. A commitment to attend all classes is expected. A non-refundable deposit of $25 must accompany the application.

If the scholarship amount awarded does not meet your financial needs, and you do not plan to accept the award, you must notify us in writing or you will forfeit your deposit. Deadlines for notification are ten days prior to the program start date.

    Refund policy
The full program cost will be refunded if the request to drop is received in writing one month prior to the first class meeting. If cancellation is received after this date, you will be responsible for the balance due.

    MassArt drop-off, pick-up policy
After registration, parents/guardians will receive additional information about parking, drop-off and pick-up procedures, including a map and driving directions, and a pick-up authorization form for students under 12. Students 12 years and older are dismissed directly from their classroom at the end of each class. Students under 12 will be released only to authorized individuals listed on the pick-up authorization form. Parents/guardians must fill out the form and return it to MassArt before the first class.
