LAND, SEA AND AIR (GRADES 3-4)
Look for ways that art can imitate nature. Through rhythms, patterns, repetition and color, students explore their imaginations and
respond to their intuitive understanding of these elements. In this studio, students draw, paint, and sculpt.
STUDIO EXPLORATIONS (GRADES 5-6)
Draw, paint and sculpt from the clothed figure, the still life and from imagination. Visits to neighboring museums and galleries emphasize the connections between students' artwork and exhibited art. Studio work includes 2D and 3D fundamentals. Composition and design elements are discussed and developed.
COMIC BOOK ART (GRADES 7–9)
