Artward Bound Application
Artward Bound is a four-year college access program in visual arts and design for underrepresented, potential first generation college students who live and go to school in Boston. Artward Bound helps prepare 9-12th grade students interested in the visual arts with the artistic, academic, and life skills needed for admission to and success at an art/design college.
You may apply to Artward Bound if:
- You are a current 8th or 9th grade student
- You live in Boston
- You currently attend a Boston district, pilot, exam, or charter school
- You do not currently attend Boston Arts Academy
- You are income eligible. To be eligible for Artward Bound, your household income must be at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI) for Boston.
Artward Bound is accepting fifteen current 8th graders and seven current 9th graders to join the program beginning in Summer 2017. The deadline for completed applications is Friday, April 28, 2017.
