Artward Bound ApplicationArtward Bound's Fall 2016 application is now live for current BPS high school students!
You may be interested in Artward Bound, a four-year college access program in visual arts and design for underrepresented, potential first generation college students who live and go to school in Boston. Artward Bound helps prepare 9-12th grade students interested in the visual arts with the artistic, academic, and life skills needed for admission to and success at an art/design college.
You may apply to Artward Bound if:
- You will be in 9th or 10th grade in the 2016-2017 school year
- You live in Boston
- You currently attend a Boston district, pilot, exam, or charter school
- You do not currently attend Boston Arts Academy
- You are income eligible. To be eligible for Artward Bound, your household income must be at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI) for Boston.
Artward Bound is currently accepting 12 entering 9th and 10th graders to join the program in Fall 2016. The deadline for completed applications is September 23rd. Applying early is recommended.
If you miss this application deadline, you will have a chance to apply again in Spring 2017.
