Dynamic Media Institute
The Dynamic Media Institute (DMI) operates as MassArt's 60-credit graduate program offering full- and part-time tracks towards the completion of an MFA degree in design. The institute also offers a one-year fellowship to which candidates are accepted based on specific project proposals, and a one-year Post-baccalaureate program.
Applicants to the institute are expected to possess at least two years of professional experience in a design-related field. Candidates have varying educational backgrounds and work experiences. DMI counts graphic designers, programmers, industrial designers, architects, journalists, social scientists, biologists, dancers, and writers among its graduates.
Applicants are encouraged to submit all materials at the same time, in a single package, to facilitate processing.
