*Freshman Seminar is a course that focuses on critical reading and thinking skills. Professional electives are especially helpful for a particular design area. These are highly recommended by the faculty to amplify the basic curriculum for each discipline. The professional electives for Industrial Design are Furniture Design, Product Rendering, Interior Architecture, Building Components & Details, Corporate Identity, Package Design, computer courses, Rendering, Typography, and Advertising Design. Elective courses offered by the Fine Arts 3D department may also be helpful.
