Students Use their Noodles in The Prince® Pasta Art Contest
Massachusetts College of Art and Design is pleased to announce a partnership with Prince® Pasta, one of America’s most beloved pasta brands.
As part of its 100th Anniversary celebration in 2013, Prince® Pasta has invited students from MassArt's Studio Foundation class to participate in the Prince® Pasta Art Contest, running Wednesday, September 4 through Wednesday, October 2, 2013.
Four students have created one-of-a-kind pasta art inspired by Boston landmarks including The Swan Boats in the Public Garden, the Leonard P. Zakim Bridge and The Paul Revere Statue in Boston’s North End (the original home of Prince® Pasta). The artwork will be on display throughout the month of September, and the public is invited to vote on their favorite.
The winning artist will receive a $5,000 scholarship from Prince® Pasta. The public can review and vote on their favorites at the following Prince® Pasta websites: Facebook.com/princepasta, and at http://www.princepasta.com/pasta-art.
